The website is only open to individuals from Baltimore who have been invited to take part in this sale. Any orders of individuals who don’t qualify for the sale will be cancelled.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be issued for items that were ordered but cannot be provided during pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule their pickup time and pick up their order during that time.
If items aren’t picked up during the scheduled pickup time, Enclave Baltimore is not obligated to hold items. We will do our best to provide an additional time for pickup, but we take no responsibility for the storage of cold items.
PAYMENT METHODS
There is no fee for ACH payments. Credit card payment will include an additional 2.5% surcharge.
If one chooses to pay by check during checkout, please note that the order will be cancelled if the check is not received within three days of the order being placed.
